 Please excuse my dust as I get things in place!

     Before you peruse what I have to offer here, please be sure to read the rules Be aware that I offer these as a kindness to folks who have visited my art website or anything else I host on the Aazari.com domain such as the Houston Pagan Pride Day site. I add to it as I feel like it and as I have time. If it becomes problematic or too much hassle because people aren't abiding by my rules, I'll pull it down. It's that simple. So, please, if you can't abide by my rules, DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Everything I offer here is made by me using various programs. Where I have borrowed elements such as line art I have colored, the original artist is credited and I have permission to use it.

Rules

General

     This set of rules applies in general to everything on the site. Certain items ALSO have other specific rules that you must abide by.

• DO NOT redistribute anything on this site even if you have alternate versions of  it where you have done things like change the colors.  (Certain exceptions do apply for certain things, so read on). If you wish to offer your alterations, please send them to me and I will post them here with a credit to you. Please send folks here if you wish to share. Compilation CDs featuring these items are NOT allowed!

• The items on this site may NOT be used commercially in any way. These items are not to be used to make money. This means you cannot resell them in any way, shape or form. This includes use on sites which may have donation buttons which are not legitimate government recognized charities. So, no, you can't use it on your tutorial site if you are taking in money in any way on it.

• Where watermarks and copyright notices exist on the items you MUST leave them in place. If you crop the image to where they are not visible, you must put a NEW watermark on it where the same information in the original watermark(s) is clearly visible.

• If you use my items on your website or whatever, please give a credit & link back. That's just common courtesy and crediting. notify me and I'll link your site as someplace where these items can be seen in use.

• DO NOT link to images here. That's theft of bandwidth. The tags are linked specifically to a Photobucket account set up expressly for this purpose and you can copy the text below them to use them from there OR save them to your machine. Everything else you need to download to your own machine and save it to your own server to use it.

• DO NOT PRINT OUT anything on this site in any way, shape, or form. A NOTE TO PHOTOBUCKET (& other image host) USERS: If you use PhotoBucket (or any other image host service that allows printing) as a way to store your sig-tags and graphics, you MUST store them in a PRIVATE album to prevent other users from making prints of them (or otherwise turn off the ability to make prints). Any of my items found displayed  where they can be printed in any way will be reported to the hosting service as a copyright violation.  Keep that in mind.

Special Rules

• 3D artists who use items here to create mat files for their models may not sell those mat files. However they may redistribute them for free so long as they give credit to me for the parts of mine which they used. They must also notify me and provide me with links to where they are offering them so I can point more people to them and get them myself since I also  do 3D work.

• 3D artists who use mat files created from anything here CAN sell prints and other merchandise of finished art which uses them as part of the overall composition so long as this doesn't go against the rules of the person who created the mat file. This is the ONLY allowed commercial use and/or printing  for any of the items here.
