  • Original Inspiration: The hellishly old sketch I did of an AD&D character of mine.

  • Other Comments: Another of my attempts to "rescue"/redux (redo) one of my old pieces that's seen better days.

      This image shows the original colored pencil sketch which was severely damaged through a series of moves. This piece was originally done for the Illustrators of the Future contest way back in 1989 or 1990

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    

Bits of the original peek through where I've been laying down my basic colors. There's the beginning of some very basic shadow and highlight in places, but there's still a long way to go. I want to work on the moon and its glow. The edge is too hard there.
