Please note that I DO NOT currently allow anyone to use my art for web
backgrounds, tags, tubes, email letters or other such items other folks make
themselves at this time. I do offer a few
freebie items in affiliation with certain other sites and some here as well.
If you see my art on another site and wish to find out if you should report
it to me, please check my Allowed Use page first
and see if the site is listed and what username I have there. Basically, if
you see it in this particular section of my site and it's properly credited,
you don't need to report it.
Before I give you the links to the freebies, please familiarize yourself
with my rules. If you have any questions, please use the Contact link at

1. You are granted
permission for PERSONAL USE ONLY
of these items. You may not use them in any way, shape or form that will
make money for you or anyone else. This means you may not use them as part
of web designs, shirts, calendars, or any other sort of merchandise or use
that you or anyone else will make money from whether it be through purchase
or donation button. The only exception is below. If you use my backgrounds
and other items on your website, you MUST provide a link to my main site
with proper credit for the item(s) on the page(s) where they appear.
2. The tiling patterns
and other items MAY be used as components for 3D texturing projects and the
like ONLY if you will be offering the texture sets for others to use for
FREE and give me links to the places where you offer them so I can point
people to them. When used for such projects, the creator of images which use
them can sell prints of finished art they were used to create provided this
does not violate the terms of use of the person who creates the 3D mat files.
3. Where watermarks and
credits appear, DO NOT REMOVE THEM! If you are making 3D textures and the
like be sure to credit me where you offer them. Those who don't follow these
stipulations will be asked to remove the item from distribution and may find
themselves dealing with legal issues.
5. DO
NOT REDISTRIBUTE MY ITEMS! Please send people to this site or the
other official places (like my gallery at Sheezy Art or my MySpace blog)
where I offer these items. You are not allowed to redistribute these items
even if you make altered versions (where you change the color or something
like that). You can send these to me and I will put them up here with a
credit to you.
