  • Original Inspiration: My long-time fascination with lycanthropes.

  • Other Comments: Some people say this original drawing kind of looks like me. I don't buy that. She's WAY prettier. LOL

      This image shows the original colored pencil sketch which was severely damaged through a series of moves. The image below is the first screenshot of the second attempt at rescuing this damaged art by transferring it to digital.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     You can still see the original in places. At this stage, it's on a separate layer beneath the several I'm actually painting on. I use it as a guide for laying down colors and, eventually, basic shading. I generally paint each major element of a digital painting on a separate layer so that if I happen to make a major mistake, I'm only having to scrap that one part rather than the whole image.
